Ordering and payment
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance paid before shipment, as well as irrevocable L/C at sight. For samples, courier charges can be settled through your own DHL or FedEx account.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the product. Standard catalogue models are typically 100 pcs per SKU, while customized OEM projects are quoted individually — tell us the model and quantity and we confirm the exact MOQ.
Can I mix different models in one order?
Yes. Mixed models can usually share one shipment, which also helps you make full use of the container space. Confirm the combination with our sales team when requesting your quotation.
How do I get a quotation?
Send your inquiry through the contact form, by email to [email protected], or on WhatsApp at +86-135-3205-1290. Include model numbers, quantities, target specifications and destination port, and we reply within 24 business hours.
Lead time and shipping
What is your production lead time?
Regular orders are completed in 30 to 40 days after order confirmation and receipt of the deposit. Heavily customized OEM projects in peak season may need a little longer — we confirm the exact date with the order acknowledgement.
Can I get samples first?
Yes. Sample units are provided free of charge and you only cover the courier freight. See the sample questions below for the details.
Which shipping methods do you support?
Bulk orders normally travel by sea freight, either full container or LCL. Samples and urgent small orders can go by international express such as DHL, FedEx or UPS, or by air freight.
Which Incoterms and ports do you quote on?
We quote on EXW, FOB, CIF and DAP. Goods normally ship from Shenzhen or Zhuhai ports in Guangdong, close to our factory — tell us your destination port and we compare the options for you.
Do you ship to my country?
We export to more than 50 countries across the Middle East, Central Asia, Africa, Southeast Asia and Latin America. If your market is not mentioned on the site, just ask — chances are we have shipped there or can arrange it.
Samples and warranty
Are samples really free of charge?
Yes, sample units are free. You only pay the courier freight, which can be charged to your own DHL, FedEx or UPS account.
How do I request a sample?
Contact us with the model number, quantity and any special requirements. We confirm the sample schedule and courier arrangements, usually within one business day.
How long is the warranty?
Our luminaires carry a 3 to 5 year warranty depending on the product family and configuration. The exact warranty for your specification is stated in the quotation.
What happens if a product fails during the warranty period?
Send us photos or videos of the failure together with the batch information. Confirmed manufacturing defects are covered by spare parts or replacements under the warranty terms agreed in the contract.
What quality checks do products pass before shipment?
Every order passes incoming material inspection, in-process checks, and aging and function testing before packing. Outdoor housings are also verified for their IP rating, and third-party inspection is welcome if you prefer.
Products and technical
What IP ratings do your outdoor lights have?
Outdoor families such as street lights, flood lights and solar lights are rated IP65 or IP66 depending on the model — each model page lists the exact rating.
What is the working temperature range?
Our luminaires are rated from -40 °C to +50 °C, which covers Gulf summers as well as Central Asian winters.
Which CCT options are available?
Colour temperature is available from 2500 K to 7000 K, covering warm white, neutral white and cool white. Custom CCT values are possible for OEM projects.
What is the input voltage?
AC models run on AC85-265V with power factor above 0.95. Solar models are off-grid and pair monocrystalline panels with LiFePO₄ batteries.
Can wattage, CCT and housing colour be customized?
Yes. As an OEM/ODM manufacturer we customize wattage, colour temperature, beam angle, housing colour, packaging and your logo. MOQ depends on the level of customization.
What certifications do your products carry?
The factory operates under ISO 9001:2015 and products carry CE and RoHS, with IECEE CB reports available for Gulf and Middle East market entry. Test reports can be shared on request.
OEM and customization
Do you accept OEM and ODM orders?
Yes. We are a manufacturer and regularly produce under customer brands — from logo printing and custom packaging to customized wattage, optics and housing design for ODM projects.
What is the MOQ for OEM orders?
It depends on the product and the level of customization. Standard models with your logo and packaging typically start from 100 pcs per SKU, while deeper ODM customization is quoted per project.
Can you match a sample or an existing light I already use?
Send us the sample or its datasheet and photometric data. Our engineering team reviews it and confirms feasibility, cost and lead time before you commit to anything.
